Axiles Bionics has recently been awarded a new grant as part of the European EUROBENCH project. The grant, worth around €80,000, enabled the Axiles Bionics team to visit a specialist facility in Madrid for 2 weeks. The aim was to carry out in-depth tests on the various products under development in collaboration with amputees.
The EUROBENCH initiative aims to establish the first benchmarking framework for robotic systems in Europe. This framework offers companies such as Axiles Bionics the opportunity to test the performance of their robotics at all stages of their development. The project focuses in particular on bipedal machines, such as exoskeletons, prostheses and humanoids.
Thanks to this experience, Axiles Bionics will be able to perfect its products and offer prostheses that perform even better and are adapted to users' needs.
